Information Delivery Information 

We undertake to despatch an order for iolite products within a 3 working day period, after the order is placed. We will endeavour to use efficient resources to deliver items as quickly as soon as possible. However, we are not responsible for delivery delays beyond our control. We will endeavour to notify all customers if delivery is delayed however, this sometimes is beyond our control and subsequently, we may not be aware of it.

Christmas Delivery information: unfortunately we are unable to ship orders between 24th and 28th of December inclusive. Last shipping before Christmas will be for orders that come into us before 23rd December 11 a.m. GMT. First shipment after that time will be be 29th December from 9a.m. GMT. 

Where an express courier service option is selected, full delivery details will be emailed to the customer in advance of delivery arrival, please note: this is only possible when the customer provides an email address.

Title to and risk of loss in your products will pass to you on delivery of the product. 

Shipping Information

Orders will be sent by DHL Express.

An Post Registered Mail is a secure and insured delivery service. We will replace any items lost or damaged in transit.

An Post Standard Mail is an unsecure and uninsured delivery service. As such the recipient takes responsibility for any loss or damage recieved by items in transit.

DHL Express is a fast and reliable courier service. We will send you your tracking information and we will replace any items lost or damaged in transit.

Customs and Duty

The user is responsible for any customs or duty that may be applicable on items bought from this website.
